GAG 2 is not an official sequel. It was made by a shady company that used to produce very cheap, very low-quality games under familiar titles (like Star Warriors etc) and tons of so-called 'erotic adventures'. In the case of GAG 2 they registered the name 'GAG' (long live our laws) without contacting Auric Vision or ND (an official distributor of GAG).
In other words, they took the popular title, called it 'a sequel to GAG', changed hero's name to Gary Mammoth and released the game as GAG 2: Back to the Future (they just didn't know where to stop).
ND released a press-release shortly, telling that they had nothing to do with GAG 2. I guess there was some problem with GAG licence, or Media-2000 (the shady company) made some way around (which, again, is not surprising with our laws and corruption level), but the game wasn't removed from store shelves.
