1. Live music if I'm performing; otherwise CD for the most part. I know that that's the wrong answer, but hey!
2. Away in a Manger. Or, at least, the British tune as sung by legions of three year-olds around the country.
3. It would be nice, but it won't ever happen. Not on the South Coast of England, at any rate.
